How to make chocolate brownies
INGREDIENTS: Fill in the quantities

INSTRUCTIONS: Fill in the verbs

Grease the side of the tin with a kitchen towel
Line with a square of baking parchment

Turn off the heat, remove the pan and leave it to cool.
Put the three eggs, sugar and vanilla extract into a large bowl.
Whisk together
Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture
Add plain flour and chopped walnuts
Put the mixture in a tin and smooth the top evenly
Bake at 160 degrees for 20-30minutes
Remove from the tin and leave to cool for at least 30 minutes
Cut into squares with a sharp knife
For a finishing touch you can sprinkle over a little icing sugar
